Halloween is a great time to do tape sculptures. We are going to do one. Of course we are going to do the “Mummy”. What else what you do?  We are going to use regular packing tape. When you wrap it several times it has a nice glow to it.  You can do it either in adult size or kid size. I’m not sure we may end up doing two. We will let you know how they turned out.  Now the question is where are we going to put it. Hmmm. Outside with some lighting maybe!

Tape sculptures is a interesting artist medium. You can use any type of tape you want! Most sculputres are made from packing tape or tuck tape. The usual way to make them is to take a object that can be deflated and then start wrapping it with the tape. Then when you have some substance, you slice open and area and deflated and withdrawl the object. Then you continue with the wrapping and design of the sculptures.
